The purpose of this Retail Management Strategies will equip you with the skills and knowledge required to manage a retail business, multiple retail stores or departments using a range of business strategies to deliver profitable results for an organisation. You will learn about the variety of retail formats that exist today such as department stores, chain stores, franchises, to low-cost discount stores and warehouse-style retail stores. The course will also give you the leadership skills required to drive sales performance and manage high performing sales teams.

Upon conclusion of the course, there’s an online multiple-choice quiz assessment, which will determine whether you have passed the course. The test is marked immediately and results are published instantly (60% pass mark).
