ITIL® helps all organizations, regardless of their industry or business sector, provide their IT services using the most efficient and economical methods. This ITIL® Orientation (Hide) covers the concepts of ITIL Orientation. With this course you will learn about the ITIL’s lifecycle approach to IT service management. The course is designed to introduce you with the fundamentals of IT Service Management as described in the IT Infrastructure Library and will help you to get prepared for the certification exam along with acquiring valuable insights from instructors who have actually managed IT operations and ITSM programs.

However you will be able to obtain a course completion certificate from St. Paul’s College upon completion of the course.
