ITIL® helps all organizations, regardless of their industry or business sector, provide their IT services using the most efficient and economical methods. This ITIL® Foundation is designed to help individuals prepare for the ITIL® Foundations Certification examination. This course provides you with a general overview of the IT Service Management Lifecycle which is outlined in ITIL’s five core books – Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement. ITIL’s “service lifecycle” consists of 26 processes and four functions.

  • You will get an understanding of general overview, basic knowledge and understanding of ITIL® Foundation
  • Important principles for improving IT operations
  • How to align with business, control costs, and improve IT service quality
  • You will be prepared to take ITIL® foundation exam upon completion of the course

How is this qualification is delivered?

How is the course assessed?

Our ITIL® Foundation will ensure that you’re fully prepared for the exam. Successful completion of the exam – provided by the authorised awarding body – is a prerequisite to obtaining your qualification.

However you will be able to obtain a course completion certificate from St. Paul’s College upon completion of the course.
