The Learning and Development Manager Training will help you to critically analyze the internal and external factors impact on L&D and to identify how to engage with a wide range of stakeholders to evaluate approaches for establishing learning needs within organizations. The course covers the entire process of delivering training, including assessment, preparation, creating a positive learning environment, facilitating learning, and evaluating learning. You will be able to design and implement appropriate evaluation methods and to apply learning design theories to practical sessions. You will also get to demonstrate delivery and facilitation skills and your ability to keep abreast with professional developments in your field.  You will also explore an effective organizational coaching system, social media and IT in training, contemporary developments in the profession, and becoming a learning and development specialist.

Upon conclusion of the course, there’s an online multiple-choice quiz assessment, which will determine whether you have passed the course. The test is marked immediately and results are published instantly (60% pass mark).
