Our course is focused on bakers who want the skills to bake, design and decorate cakes & cupcakes. It’s also beneficial to those who already have the baking skills but want to open their own cupcake business company, providing their customers with delicious cupcakes with a choice of exclusive decorations.
The course is designed to teach you all about baking cupcakes and make your dream come true. The course has been divided into several modules, which will teach you more and more about baking, different types of cakes for occasions. You’ll learn how to effortlessly ice and decorate your cupcake creations, using popular icings such as Korean buttercream and chocolate ganache. Also learn to apply borders, special effects, leaves and flower design and lettering on the cake.

Upon completion, you will have the insight and knowledge you need to open your own successful business, offering you a versatile decorating technique.

Method of Assessment:

Upon conclusion of the course, there’s an online multiple-choice quiz assessment, which will determine whether you have passed the course. The test is marked immediately and results are published instantly (60% pass mark).
