This Anxiety and Stress Psychology is designed to help you identify, understand, and improve psychological difficulties like stress, insomnia, worry, anxiety and depression. This course will help you recognize and understand feelings of stress and anxiety and learn how to manage them so that they don’t become overwhelming.
