The Microsoft Office 2016 Word Intermediate is designed to teach you how to automate Word 2016 using shortcuts to help you write more while typing less. From signs, newsletters, and greeting cards to long documents, you’ll learn how to create whatever you need—quickly and with professional-looking results. By the end of this course, you’ll know how to use Word more effectively and take advantage of all its many features so you can get your work done more quickly and more easily than you ever thought possible.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Work with, create, manage, and customize Styles, Templates, and Themes.
  • Review advanced document layout options in Word and various collaboration tools.
  • Learn additional graphic element features such as grouping, layering, and moving objects
  • Work with various types of data in Word using Tables, advanced Copy and Paste commands, and Charts.

Method of Assessment:

Upon conclusion of the course, there’s an online multiple-choice quiz assessment, which will determine whether you have passed the course. The test is marked immediately and results are published instantly (60% pass mark).
