This Cultural Awareness Training focuses on developing the cultural awareness, knowledge and skills to build relationships with and communicate more effectively with contacts from any cultural background but can be underpinned by examples from cultures and contexts relevant to your organisation.

This course will help you communicate better with other countries and cultures, and understand how to interpret their actions and behavior. The training course will increase and reinforce your intercultural sensitivity. You will develop the global mindset and intercultural competence you need to manage international teams, to navigate successfully through multicultural meetings and negotiations, and to socialize and network. Additionally, you will learn more about cultural dimensions within communications and how to convert the knowledge in your own work practice.
